I have been in business for 13 year, within my 13 years of being in the construction industry as a carpenter by trade I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience through a forever changing industry. After completing my trade and starting a Sub contract Carpentry business and employing a team of 15 carpenters I furthered my studies 8 years and gained by General Builders licence growing our business to offer, carpentry services, along with complete turn key building service for new homes, renovations and additions.

I have nearly 20 years of experience working in Interior Design. During this time I have worked in my own private practice and worked for Architects on residential and commercial projects. I have assisted people and businesses create their ideal living and working spaces. I like to work with clients in developing a design which reflects their personality, lifestyle and family and give them ideas which they might not have thought of to create their ideal space.

Tony started Tony Isgrove’s Paint and Decorate in the early 1990’s after working with his father and uncle learning the trade.

Tony’s professional approach to customer service and excellent workmanship established him as one of the most wanted painters on the affluent North Shore of Sydney. Tony quickly realised that he needed to build and lead his team with the same values of customer service and workmanship.

Today Tony boasts a team of over 50 employees and prides himself and his team on the excellent culture of pride in workmanship and outstanding customer service which keeps clients returning year after year.
